[Demelerlab] Cell housing defects

They are at least 5 years old, which is when we bought the Optima and got
our last set of housings and cell assemblies.
There is also the possibility that a few are from San Antonio when I got
the first optima in April 2017, but I had to leave most components that did
not come with either of these optimas there when I left. So I think the
oldest ones are probably from 2017.
