Hi Borries and Sophia,

Please find attached the excel file with Absorbance information of Spike protein and liposome (1057-014-02) at different dilution ratios and wavelengths. It seems that we need a decent concentration (~ 0.25 mg/mL, 8x dilution from the stock) of Spike to get a high enough OD at 280 nm. Liposome 02 seems to absorb well at 215-225 nm, I think we can dilute it 10x. I think that other liposomes would behave similar to liposome 02.
Do you think we can somehow perform all the measurements with the amount of Spike you’re having in hands?
