[Demelerlab] Timestate issue on Optima 1

Hello everyone,
Lukas detected a data acquisition failure on our Optima 1 where it skipped
one or more scans in the middle of the run. You can see this event in the
time state, which records among other things the interval between
successive scans. You can review the timestate from any experiment when you
open the run in the Import program, or when you download it in the "View
Raw Optima Data" data module. The module looks like this:

In the upper panel you can select to show the time interval, and in this
case you can see that there is a longer time interval between scans at
around 300 minutes. This means a scan was skipped. It happened on Optima 1.
I want everyone running experiments on Optima 1 to please check that for
each experiment you run. If you see this problem repeatedly, we need to
call service. A small variation in the time interval between scans is
normal, but the length of time is significantly increased for this run at
this time, and that is not normal.

Thanks! -Borries
