It's the time when the moon's orbit is at its perigee, the closest approach to earth, and ~ 30% brighter. On top of it it is clear today (I even saw the Northern Lights this morning!), so we will have an impromptu Supermoon rising party and walk out into the prairie tonight from my house to get a good view of the moon rising over the Oldman River canyon. Moonrise is scheduled to be at 6:55 pm, so let's plan to meet at my house (1076 Canyon Blvd W) at 6:30 pm to leave some time for walking to the edge of the canyon. Afterwards, we'll go back to my house for some Zwetschgendatscherln (fresh plum cake with whipped cream) and hot beverages (hot chocolate and gluehwein) to warm up. Thanks to both Saeed and Alexey for getting us to this point!. We can now start with the simulations for AAV. Before we do, please use Haben's worksheet for the parameters to be updated based on Sigang's determined noise levels. Sigang, please figure out what the noise levels should be so the TI noise, RI noise and random noise (RMSD) will all fall within the measured value range. Please let us know when you have these measurements done. Then we will process test 1. I was using An60Ti 18U919 with calibration "11-Sept-24 Sophia" and the lysozyme_sp.xml file I sent earlier. The problem was that the database still had the NRCH hostname (localhost) set for Optima1 and Optima2. Now that our server is running again, I had to change it back to demeler5.uleth.ca.
