Tomorrow is an open house for the chemistry dept. -- see below. I was
planning to hang out to support our colleagues at various booths & tables.

Hi Group,

Here are the schedule and plans for the Open House this weekend. Please
take a few minutes to review what Beth has arranged for us. We are located
by SA8002 at the bottom of the stairs this time around, and we have access
to power and the requested boards. I will ensure that all our banners and
brochures are placed out and ready for pickup in the mailroom by Friday
afternoon.

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Thank you in advance for all the hard work you do, Open House is amazing
every year because of all your supports!

Attached are the IMPORTANT documents for the day (4 in total):

*Please find Open House's schedule <https://uleth2025.sched.com/>, FAQs,
A&S Booth Fair Details and Floorplan attached to this email. *I encourage
you to review them before the event or make them easily accessible for
yourself during the event.

I will do my best to walk around checking on booths throughout the booth
fair as well. *I will be helping with check-in from 8-9am since it is one
of my jobs as a recruiter but I will be at the booth fair for the rest of
the day if you need anything.  *

Some Quick Reminders:

   - *The event is being advertised as 9 AM - 3 PM* *with a note that booth
   fairs end at 2 PM.*

   - Facilities will be setting up the tables and volunteers will be
   helping the morning with final set up

   - *Departments are in charge of their own Booth resources and
materials *(ex.
   Pamphlets, PPGS, Displays, Banners)

   - Table cloths will be set out prior by Beth or Catharine

   - *Please arrive no later than 9:30 AM to set up**, but you are welcome
   to arrive earlier. **Set up must be completed by 9:45 AM**.*

   - *Lunch is located in SA6012., 11 a.m.-2 p.m.* If your booth is short
   on Lunch Tickets *I will have extra*.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me. Lastly, I apologize
if I have missed anyone please forward this message to all those who will
be at your booths.
