[Demelerlab] Canada databases

Plan is to move the databases & upgrade demeler9 utlrascan starting 
tomorrow morning.
Will email when I am done.
Note - users need to be off of both U Montana (nrch) and U Leth servers 
(demeler9).
Any existing sessions will be terminated.
