[Demelerlab] New Cluster access

Everyone:
Our server has gotten really slow when submitting jobs to it, a problem
that still needs to be resolved, unless it is hardware related. Meanwhile,
we installed a second cluster with twice the capacity (256 cores), which
can run 32 jobs at a time without bogging down. In the LIMS submission page
it is set to "us3iab-node1", so please use that for now instead of node0.
Node0 is still fine for submission of 3-4 jobs at a time, but for anything
more you should use node1 for now. We still have to change the GMP program
to use node1, as by default it will go to node0.
