[Myotox] MT-II testing with Lipids

Hello All,

I have done more testing with the myotoxin and the lipids that I received from Bruce Bowler and Sebastien Poget.
The five lipids from Bruce Bowler have their anatrace information in the "detergents" document; this includes structures, formula weights, and CMCs.
I also received five lipids from Sebastien. However, I could only find 2 of the lipids on anatrace, which are attached here. The excel sheet contains links to where I found the formula weights of the other three lipids.

During these experiments, we only saw monomers, indicating that none of the tested lipids induce MT-II dimers or hexamers. I have attached an excel spreadsheet that lists all the lipids and MT-II concentrations tested. Including the SDS concentrations where hexamers were seen.
