[Myotox] manuscript draft

Dear Colleagues,
attached is a draft of our Myotoxin-II manuscript - it still needs
contributions from others on this list. It summarizes the AUC component,
and should also include the NMR results from Paul's group, as well as
details about the biology and further background in the introduction from
Ana's and Bruno's group. There may be some additional crystallography and
mass spec results that could be incorporated or referenced, I leave that up
to you guys to decide.

I have provided a odt, docx and pdf version. I am not able to use Microsoft
Word, only LibreOffice, hence there may be some conversion issues, and your
mileage may vary.

Feel free to delete figures and equations and just use track changes to
record your changes and send back the text you wish to add, including
author and affiliation details. If you want to send a separate document I
can also integrate. Feel free to add additional endnotes (as plain text, if
possible).
