EXP. -- addressed a sublte (and rare) bug in selecting wvl ranges: if user selects soltion for just channel A of a given cell && selects wvl range, and then goes back and selects solution for channel B, there was inconsistency between A and B channels wvl ranges; this led to infinit looping over LIVE_UPDATE stage...
