  US_Exp:General -- enforce label name to be lees than 60 characters in length to comply with tabular restricitons; RegExp for alpha-numeric also implemented but commented out as non-alphanumenric charaacters may be used in the lable name & seem to not cause any issues (may be enforced if needed)...
