  [SQL changes for -- ] GMP | eSigner -- lot's of updates: (1) check eSigning sttaus upon GMP report upload; if partially esigned, or completed, upload .PDF page with e-Signatures from DB for review, together with primary report; (2) eSign && update .PDF with e-Signatures && and upload back to Db; automatically track changed global status of eSigning; (3) lock e-Signing to one operator/reviewer at a time; for now, it's asynchronous signing, but can be ordered of needed;... ...
