  GMP, R&D | 1. EXP -- do not trigger informational dialog every time focus is lost from the protocol name field (e.g. either to copy protocol name, or change the protocol name, or anything esle ); does not seem to be needed; a requirement of changing the name if protocol modified is still enforced at the end; tested; also, small fix for the timedate stamp appearence for the newly saved protocol in the protocol list...
