  us_legacy_converter: add a new method to handle the output directory. Users can select any folder. It is compatible with the MS windows too.

  us_legacy_converter: removed the functions that make users able to choose the output directory. The imports directory is used and if for any reason it doesn't exist, a warning message pops up.
