  us_convert_gui: added the check_scans function to check number scans discrepancy among triples and truncates all triples' scans to the minimum one.

  us_convert_gui.cpp: fixed the issue with removing item from end of the scan array. Also a debug to see the number scans is added to the PseudoCalcAvgMWL function.
