  SOMO: standalone manifest uses qwt 6.3.0 (matches main as of PR #335)

Switch qwt-6-1-6 / qwtplot3d-qwt-6-1-6-qt5 -> qwt-6-3-0-qt5 /
qwtplot3d-qwt-6-3-0-qt5 (Qt5 + Qwt 6.3.0, matching the root qt5-qwt630-app
feature). Overlay ports already present in buildsys/vcpkg/overlay-ports.
