  SOMO: define PLATFORM/TITLE (us_register.cpp), matching root us3

us_register.cpp reads PLATFORM/TITLE but only #defines them under arch macros
(INTEL/OPTERON/MAC/...), none set on x86_64 Linux -> undefined at use. The root
us3 build defines them directly via -D; mirror with a directory-wide definition.
