  SOMO docker: separate vcpkg_installed per Qt feature

qt5 and qt6 builds shared one VCPKG_INSTALLED_DIR, so switching features
clobbered the other's installed Qt (e.g. a qt6 build removes qt5-base),
breaking coexisting runnable artifacts. Use vcpkg_installed-$FEATURE.
