  SAXS extrap-to-c0: method-tagged names, Help button, manual page

- Output curve name now carries a method token so Zimm vs Primus results
  are distinguishable: <prefix>_extrap_c0_zimm / _extrap_c0_primus (the
  "zimm"/"primus" wording may change later).
- Added a Help button to the concentration/selection dialog, opening a
  new SOMO manual page.
- Added us_somo/somo/doc/manual/somo/somo_saxs_extrap_c0.html documenting
  the module, both modes, curve selection, and output naming. Screenshot
  placeholders (somo_saxs_extrap_c0_launch/dialog/result.png) are marked
  with HTML comments pending images.
