  SAXS extrap-to-c0 manual: document GCV follow-ups, fix stale Primus errors

- Correct the Primus error-bar description: the output now carries the
  reference curve's error only at/above the merging point, and the
  propagated intercept standard error below it (the extrapolated region).
- Document the Guinier quality check reported for every produced curve.
- Note the GCV annotation (effective slope dof) in the regression viewer.
- Bump the last-modified date.
