  extrap_c0 manual: document regression-plot fit stats and reciprocal c/I display

The per-q regression viewer now reports R^2 (and reduced chi^2 when errors are
present), plots the reciprocal/virial models on the c/I axis with I0 = 1/u, and
draws the 2nd-order virial parabola. Update the "Per-q regression plots" section
to match.
