  extrap_c0: append the merge point q to the curve name

When the reference is spliced, append the merge cutover q to the name (decimal
as underscore), e.g. Sub_..._extrap_c0_recip_abs_merge_q0_0898, so runs that cut
over at different q are distinguishable at a glance. Splice requested but no
cutover located (whole curve extrapolated) keeps a bare _merge. Manual updated.
