  Fix two invalid us_somo regex patterns breaking US_RegexTest

- us_saxs_util.cpp: remove dead, commented-out rxdigits pattern that was
  missing three closing parens (superseded by the working "^\s*\d").
  The regex-validation test scrapes commented lines too, so it flagged it.
- us_saxs_cmds_t/main.cpp:1262: "^.*((\|/)" had an extra '(' and used
  "\\|" (regex \| = literal pipe) instead of a backslash; replace with
  the path-separator class "^.*[\\\\/]" to strip the directory prefix.
- us_saxs_cmds_t/main.cpp:1266: same \|-vs-backslash bug ("^(\|/)"); fix
  to "^[\\\\/]" so it detects a leading path separator. Not caught by the
  test (it compiles), but the same latent defect.
