  release Dockerfiles: pull modernized statically-linked RasMol

redhat/centos7/ubuntu Dockerfiles now clone ehb54/rasmol (somo-modernize) and copy rasmol + rasmol.hlp from binaries/linux-x86_64 into /ultrascan3/bin, dropping the lib/* copy (statically linked, no shipped .so). Unifying the source also retires the centos7 Dockerfile's stale 'ubuntu rasmol' clone.
