[Myotox] manuscript draft

Dear Borries and all,

The manuscript looks promising, I'll be curious to read it again when the NMR data are added. I just noticedthat my affiliation in the acknowledgements should be City University of New York, not State University of NY (and thanks for acknowledging receipt of the lysolipids, I just wish that they would have had more of an effect).

As far as the bilayer experiments go, I have just recruited a new undergraduate who is interested in continuing theses experiments and go more in depth with checking detergent and toxin concentrations to see if we can induce membrane pore formation. We have a little bit of toxin left, but if the experiments show any promise, we would need more. Is there any chance that we could obtain another aliquot? And lastly, if you think that it would be useful to obtain a mass spec of exactly the batch of toxin you did the AUC on (which, I assume, is what you sent us), I could easily run that on our MALDI-TOF and provide you with a spectrum.
