[Myotox] manuscript draft

Dear Sebastien,
Thanks for the corrections, I will apply them to our manuscript.

Regarding samples, Bruno is your source. Amy, I am not sure how much we
have left, but maybe there is some available that can be sent to Sebastien,
otherwise, Bruno, could you supply some more to Sebastien?

Also, would everyone else who should be a co-author please provide your
affiliation details and acknowledgments, if any.
