  extrap_c0: encode fit model + output conventions in the curve name

The output name only carried a _zimm/_absolute token, so different fit models
or the reference-splice flag collided and were disambiguated by a meaningless
-1/-2 suffix. Encode all three choices instead:

  <prefix>_extrap_c0_<add|recip|virial2>[_abs][_merge]

so every distinct selection yields a distinct, self-describing name (additive
included). Collision suffixing still applies for genuine repeats.
